How to Take the Trifactor Survey
STEP 1
Ensure that you are eligible to participate
Participants must be 18 years or older. Each individual can only participate in the Trifactor Survey once, and must provide a valid email address. Please respect the integrity of our research process and do not register multiple times.
STEP 2
Take the survey
The Trifactor Survey consists of 77 questions and will take approximately 16 minutes to complete. You must complete the survey online. You can use a personal computer, tablet, or mobile phone to take the survey.
STEP 3
Receive your personal report and compensation
After successfully completing the Trifactor Survey, you will receive your individual health report and monetary compensation in the form of a gift card within 5 days in the email you provided. Our research team will evaluate the authenticity and legitimacy of the responses before sending out compensation.
